Got the Medical but want to Change date ( HOW ?? ) Urgent Help

OH finally finally, i got the request for medical information on my CIC account for this study visa that I filed was for the time September 2014 to September 2018. but the problem is that I will be going for next 2015 term and the undergraduate study will end in August 2019.
How do I change this date and do I (need to send them the defferal letter and how?

Send the deferral letter to the embassy through case specific enquiry. From where have you applied?

when did you apply? Better send the letter voluntarily. Eventually, they will require it.

Initially it was for sep 2014 but due to the delays I have deferred for May 2015 intake.

Usually, you shouldn't travel 4-6 weeks ahead of your classes. I have also seen some cases where people have traveled 2 months before the commencement of classes and cleared the POE.
