Got Sydney Clearence--- Next steps.. help on buffalo

I checked buffalo site and found this text on top.
"Do not send originals unless otherwise stated. Send notarized photocopies of all documents except the police certificates, which must beoriginals."

Who ever sent docs, can you please provide list of docs you sent and if it was original or notrized?

ADA, you must follow Buffalo instruction. Follow their guide where they request documents. One thing I know for sure is that you must send originals for: Proof of funds, IELTS, Police Certificates and University transcripts in a sealed envelope. The rest must be in notarized copies.

There is no Fee to send to Buffalo right?
Also I am not sending university sealed envelope, I am only sending notarized cope of education certificate.

The fee should have been sent when you applied to Sydney. No fee to Buffalo yet. As I said, follow Buffalo instructions. You must send notarize copy of your diploma or certificate and original University transcripts as well and it must be in a sealed envelope from the University. Read bellow:

For you and your spouse or common-law partner:
• Post-secondary education documents: vocational or technical certificates or
diplomas;
• College or university documents: certification of completion and the
graduation degree, diploma, or certificate issued by the college or university and
the evaluation committee;
• Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in universitysealed
envelopes.
• Professional qualifications certificates: notarized professional qualifications
certificates should be submitted if available. (e.g., Engineer, Computer
Programmer, Accountant, Economist, Translator/Interpreter, Architect etc.)

I was not able to get sealed degree and transcripts from my educational institutes in India, so I sent notarized photocopies of my BS and MS transcripts. However, I could send sealed copies of my PhD transcripts and degree certificate since the universities in the US issue them very easily when requested. Send notarized copies of all other documents.

One more thing..
Do i need to get PCC for my 4 year old son? I am assuming no .. for under 18 years.

yeah, pcc for people over 18 in any country they have lived in for 6 months or more after age 18
