Got request from IRCC asking for spouse PCC and IMM form

Hi All,
Today we received communication from IRCC after 1 year asking to re-send PCC for co-applicant.
We had attached fresh PCC at the time of AOR.
So do i have to re-send the old copy of PCC ?
Or do they mean we have to get a new fresh PCC ?
Has anyone been in this situation ?
Need advise on this.
