Got rejected twice in a row for the vise!!! :(

Hi,

I am a B.COM with close to 4.5 years of work experience and married (got married last year). I am working as a Sr. Analyst in an auditing firm (MNC company). I got 6.5 band in IELTS. I have applied for Int Business mangt course in Mohawk college for September intake. I got rejected for the first time under SPP on 20th June (reason mentioned was that 'do not meet SPP requirements'). Then applied again under non SPP with a little bit changes on the SOE as suggested by the consultant which got rejected again (on 6th July); reason they say is 'course mismatch'. I am not sure where am i going wrong. Should i apply again with a different course?? Totally confused, dejected, demoralized as i have already paid my first semester fees of 3 lacs.

I have a back up of 10 lacs loan too. Please suggest me on my next move as time is less.

Apply for caips notes. http://www.caips.ca/ In this they give specific reason with detail that why ur visa was rejected. Remove these VO objections and then apply again

sorry to hear about that, but don't worry there are many cases in this forum of whom they got visa in 3rd attempt.plz elaborate your profile. and where did you apply ??
apply for caipsnotes at http://www.caips.ca/ it will clarify the exact reason of refusal.
Moreover, the time is running out of your hands, its 31st july last date of aplication for sept. session.
Wait for the caipsnotes then take admission in Pg diploma course, choose some Advance diploma or the course with Co-op or internship. then apply again with a strong SOP.

I think now you must apply for jan 2013 session , because mostly seats are full in all colleges.

How Long Does it Take to Obtain My CAIPS File?

Processing times vary depending on the workload at the CIC office in Ottawa that deals with CAIPS requests. By law they have up to 30 working days to respond, but in practice most files come back in about 6 weeks at present.

So, wait for caips what ever time it will take.And you can defer your semester to jan 2013 It will not charge you anything ,if it goes out of 31 july,
Caips ko ache se parna ,aur jaldi mat karna 3rd chance mein bahut logo ka visa a jata ha but apply gently, with the better presentation and don't concentration more saying " I will sure come back after studies" in SOP.

So, best of luck and apply with patience. you will sure get it in 3rd attempt.
One more suggestion take advice of some professionals in your town. consultants also have sometime good knowledge.
