Depends on what reasons you got rejected for. You have to clear them all and prepare a strong SOP.
In general, even people who get rejected from Canada in the 1st time, they apply for 2nd or 3rd time and get their visa application approved. Stay positive!

Ya got rejected because I have changed my stream when applying for both countries from mechanical to cse but now I have applied for mechanical only does those refusals have impact on my present visa ?

I don't think so, but in your SOP explain everything.
