Got rejected 1st and applied again so am i in general category?

I applied my second application on aug 10th 2021. I am waiting and i know it may take more time but does anyone know will it come atleast before december? As now its too late to refund or deffer now i am just waiting and attending class.

No one can tell you when you will get a response after a first refusal. Why would you start studying without a permit?
