Got refused and after two years, reapplied. is there a big chance?

Yes, I got refused in 2002 and am again in the que....In Process since last two years

Hello,

A refusal because of insufficient points does not impact any future application. I was refused in 2009 because of not scoring the minimum 67 points ; I re-appeared for my IELTS, this time around achieved the minimum score and my application was accepted and processed. In fact, I just landed together with my family in April.

I think we should draw a line here between the rejection due to insufficient points and due to misrepresentation of certain facts by any applicant. My app got disapproved in 2002 because I fell short of just 2 points but was never barred by CIC to apply again before two years time as has happened with an applicant here because of misrepresentation of job experience.

yes, that's what i'm curious about, a refusal due to misrepresentation of a document. does anybody know who has this case and got accepted on the second time? because in my opinion, if i were part of CIC, no offense meant to those who are in this scenario, i wouldn't accept this applicant anymore. insufficient points, that's ok.

Absolutely, its a big offense, ......two years bar not coming to my mind
