hello ,

I applied online for the study permit twice from Abu Dhabi embassy . first time I got refused bec I don't have enough financial resource to pay my tuition fees and also bec I don't proof that I have assets . in the sound time , I showed that I have 2 flats as assets , also I showed my father employment latter and bank statement. but also I got refused and the reason was (( I don't have enough financial resources to pay my tuition fees )) . I applied for third time through the VAC on the 23rd of December . the average time here is 3 to 6 weeks . my first application got refused after 2 weeks and the second time after 5 weeks . i applied for centennial college and I got approved in mechanical Eng. technology . I already paid the tuition fees and the accommodation fees . now , do I have chance to get the visa before the average time . i mean did any one got the visa before the average time .

It looks you did not understand the reasons and will get refused third time too.

You have to show money in the bank, and if there is no enough , a proof of cash flow (past and future) from you parents job or business.
"Two apartments" mean nothing in terms of funds available to pay tuition and living expenses.

no , I showed to them that my father is getting income over 10,000 CAD per month . however , in third time i showed to them the break down of my family living expensive . I don't know if I will get approval or not in third time . I spoke to my lawyer and he told me its better to sell one of your two flats and put the money in the bank , they want to se at least 40,000 CAD in the bank . however , because you showed him your family living expensive and you showed to him that 25,000 will be secured for your studies you may get the approval. the problem is that i have to wait until the officer make his decision ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
