GOT REFUSAL 2nd TIME FROM CHC-ISLAMABAD, PAKISTAN

I got study permit refusal 2nd time with same clause as the 1st time i.e. (purpose of visit - That you didn't satisfied that you will leave Canada after your stay...)
Will you please help me out that should i apply once again?
How i can fulfill this clause so that got visa.

I have admission letter of UORegina.

i have submitted the following Doc:
.Statement of Purpose.
.Police Clearance Certificate
.Bank Statement 3.7(M) (have not more than 5 transactions. duration of a/c is appx 6months)
- Sale Deed of Property
- Rental Agreement
- Job Experience Letter
- Property Documents (Fard etc)
. Affidavit that i will leave Canada after my studies.

Did you also submit the affidavit from your sponsor?
You need to write a strong S.O.P and re-apply afterwards.

i have made many changes in sop when i got refusal 1st time.
but this time i have surprised to see the same refusal clause.

what you suggest me to write in SOP.

if you can share your sop with me, i can tell you what more things you need to add there.
And your sponsor need to sign an affidavit for you on a stamp paper, he does not need to write any sop.
