Hi Guys,

I got my COPR on July, 2020 I was in Canada at that time and waiting for PR card but I didn't receive in new few months due to some personal reason I moved to India(in May 2021) then after few months I received my PR card in August 2021, my COPR expired after 1 year of issue so, am I still eligible as a permanent resident & can I travel with my PR card? is it still valid?

Thanks in advance.

The COPR is for a single-time use only. There is no need to worry about the COPR anymore.
well, one more question pop up in my mind, I didn't used my COPR any time because I got it when I'm in Canada and while leaving they just validated my passport alone....so u thing when I fly to Canada I can use my PR card right? that would be my first time use of my PR card.

Yes, you use your PR card. Doesn't matter it's your first use.
