What I know from forum members , while sending PP you can send via fedex or any other courier , but you need to use Canada post for returning PPra07980 said:Hi There,

Since Oct 11th “Medical results have been received”
RPRF requested : 28th Oct 2014 Paid and submitted same day.
Singapore PCC Request : 08th Dec 2014 / CIC received the document on Jan 29th 2015
