Got passport request

Got it by email on December 16, today is 21st and haven't received a paper letter yet. I was actually waiting for the paper before sending the passports to LA, but now I'm not sure I'll get another one. Any experience with this?

Congrats!!! where are you staying in LA or near to LA? if you heard name of my town I belongs to Mojave desert in kern county near Lancaster / Palmdale area, just move becasue got transfer for client project.
Send your passport as mentioned in Email to LA visa office via USPS and talk to USPS guys deliver that package as per consulate time. sometimes USPS people leave the sticker to pickup from USPS hehehee..
anyway my visa office is also LA but still my file not transfered.

Congratulations Robert!! I too received PPR request from LA office on Dec16th. My attorney forwarded LA office PPR request email so don't worry. I am planning to visit LA office in person for stamping.

hi robfis, first of all congrats. Secondly that you have received email to submit your passports than why are you waiting for postal letter to turn up. CHC either do email or send post not both.... PPR are now a days being normally sent by Email only. Just print that email, take all the required docs and passports with you or post them to your local visa office (LA) and you'll be sorted. Congrats.
