I am looking for some advice regarding my situation here.
I came into canada with a tourist (temporary resident) visa from Mexico, I am being sponsored through Common Law (my common law is a canadian citizen)
While applying i also had a letter of employment from an employer in canada. So i included de open work permit application with my package.
Now reading i see i Qualify with 1100 Points for express entry since i can get a provincial nomination from BC with the Company will contract me.
However My question is:
If i got open work permit and (supposed its for while you wait for pr)
Can i apply for express entry at the same time to short out the time for getting my PR or will this have an issue with the ongoing common-law sponsorship i have. This because I prefer to have my PR just taken out from my skill and experience. (can this 2 processes go together?)
