Hi everyone,
We have submitted a PR application and waiting for the results. We had got a nomination from Ontario. Because of Covid-19, my husband lost his job 4 months ago. We are in the US and since I am on a dependent visa, I cannot work. An employer from Vancouver BC has sent a job prospect to my spouse. I am the primary applicant. Since he is dependent, can he pursue the BC job further, and I can go stay in Ontario if our application gets approved. We applied to many jobs in Ontario too but no job prospect since we do not have an approved PR yet. Without a job, it is getting very difficult to reject a job prospect even though it is in a different province. I know it is morally wrong, but any advice, please?

It will be difficult to write a convincing letter of intent in ON with you're situation. Have you tried looking into getting a BC PNP?

Hi, thanks for the reply. No, actually we got Ontario pnp, got ITA, submitted the application and now PR application is under process. We had to receive the results by now but it is being delayed because of covid. I’m not sure if BC PNP will help with anything right now. Yes, you are right. It is difficult to convince in Ontario later. Maybe we should just drop it.
