submitted my file on 2nd march UNDER SPP CHC CHANDIGARH
3 year work expereince .. DIDNT SUBMITTED MY ITR .. BUT CONSULTANTS ADDED A COVER PAGE...
completed 5 year law BA.LLB with 57 percent in year 2008 after practicing as an lawyer in chd disstt courts


now there were few people who say 6.5 is the requirement for graduate certificate or pg certificate .. bt i m jst the example in front of u guys ...
6.5 is the condition of colleges to get an offer letter bt if u can manage offer letter from college with 6 bands thn embassy does nt raise any objection regarding ur ielts if ur overall profile is good ...

there is a guy in this blog ENFIELD he is a definitly a very inteligent person ..
nd after going thru my profile he was like taking a gurantee abt my refusal ...
its all luck wot ever people say is good bt still acc to me one shud try his luck ... i got my visa on 5th working day ....

Tell me about ur total expense of one year(fee and other pls describe), and how much % you showed in loan and saving etc.?
tell me about ur consultant address please.
How much of FD you had for loan of 10 lakh and how long it took to get?

WELL IT TOOK 6 TO 7 DAYS WHILE GETTING LOAN AGAINST FD ...
AND WELL ABOUT MY FEES IT IS 16,670 CANADIAN DOLLAR FOR THE 3 SEMESTERS ...
I HAVE SHOWN 10 LAC IN THE WAY OF EDUCATION LOAN ONLY..ND THE AMOUNT OF FD WERE NEAR ABT 11.5 LAC ..
NOTHING ELSE I HAVE SHOWN BT YEAH I HAVE DECRIBED MY FAMILY INCOME VIA COVER LETTER ..


BOR IT REALY DEPENDS UPON HOW WELL UR FILE IS PREPARED ...
SPP MEANS LESS DOCUMENTATION ... AS PER MY EXPEREINCE

How old was ur FD and did you paid first sem fee from loan or saving?
how much living+travel expense did you show(8000 or 10000 CAD) ?
Did you show loan 80% of total expense or more and at what currency rate?

deep dun mess up with too many things bro ....
well my fd were one year older .. bt that is ny the concern .. embasy jst look for the education sanction letter ..they will nt chk how older the fd,s were ..
and keep it simple in ur mind that u jst need to take a loan of rs 10 lac ... this will cover all the one year expenses - like living travelling nd ur fees

well abt the fees payment yeah i payed my fees from the loan amount ... bt there are few banks where they set a condition of discharging the amont from the loan only after visa aproval .. so in that case u have to pay the fees from ur own savings ...

Congratulation man.

i have 6 bands and consultant told me you have to take 2 year course.
otherwise you wont get visa.
for 1 year course applicant must have minimum 6.5 bands
