Got my Tourist visa Rejected today :'( (Plz help me for better direction)

I am from india and I actually tried to visit Canada as my fiance holds Canada visiting visa and she works in USA on H1B.I submitted my tourist visa application via Mycic account on august 28th,2013 from India and I got refusal letter today (september 4th) from visa officer (New delhi counselate office) stating that I don't have family tie ups and I lack in explaining them purpose of travel,my personal assets and financial status ,Is that becoz of my previous rejections in USA (While filling out canada application,I HONESTLY ANSWERED THIS QUESTION:HAVE YOU EVER BEEN REJECTED IN OTHER COUNTRIES)
Please guide me what to do next? Anybody knows any good attorney or agent in India who can guide me what to do next?

Per refusal letter,my application is closed and also mentioned if i wish to reapply again.,I should submit a fresh application only if I have extra information !

what did you submit as proof that you don't have the intentions to settle in Canada and that you're going back to your country of origin after your visit?
in most cases, one is encouraged to submit letter of employment, letter from employer that your leaves have been approved and that you're expected to return to work on a specific date, enough funds (minimum CAD$2000 for a short stay)
