I've got my PR (through EE) and landed in Canada. I had applied through a consultant who created and kept control of my CIC account at all times. I never had any access to it.
Also, I haven't got my PR card yet and I'm outside Canada at the moment.
Now, there are a couple of points:
Can I not just create a new CIC account and somehow link my application to this account rather than the old one? I want to receive any correspondence from CIC directly instead of them sending it to the existing CIC account that is not in my control.
What are my options here?
For now, let's ignore the fact that the consultant is very shady.

- I had received a request to re-send my photographs. This message came to my account which is in control of the consultant. He forwarded me this message.
- I also need to update the address (for PR card delivery) that I had given at the airport. Since I do not have access to my CIC account, how can I do this?
