I just want to share that I got my permit already.. dated 13/09/12 ..

What to do next? What documents should I present to the POE when I arrived?

That is not a Work Permit but rather your Temporary Resident VISA. Your work permit will be issued to you at your first place Point of Entry. God bless. Welcome to Canada. Pasalubong brun ost!

I submitted my application last Feb 17 and receivd my TRV Sept. 27 dated Sept. 13.

@jobseeker, in immigration, what they usually ask? Thank you

Usually, they'll ask a little about your prospective job; not many questions really. They'll ask you to wait while they work on your WP.
