Hi Guys,

I just got my file number for OINP with respective to the masters graduate program,

I have couple of questions here, after generating the File number I have to fill the application and When would i "PAY" for the OINP of 1500$

I have another question related to the Withdraw, Until i fill application and submit, if i do the withdraw, whether they ask me to pay the money of 1500$.

with in 2 weeks i can withdraw my file without submitting the file by not paying anything right ? is this correct ?
