I'm really anxious right now. I applied for an extension for my student visa and coop work permit in April. By May, it was already approved. I waited until June and still haven't received my paperwork by mail.
I called them and they said it was sent back to them. They will now send it again. It's already first week of August and I still haven't received anything. I tried calling IRCC but their line is too busy.
What can I do aside from wait? Who can I call or contact? I think the webform doesn't do anything. anyone else in my position?
