Got Medical request for Mom's supervisa

Yipeee....This is just awesome news.....applied for my mom's supervisa on 5th July.

Recd medical request on her email today(22nd July)

Just two query guys, I hope sum1 can answer them:

1) I had sent her PP alongwith appln & recd MR on her email. So what proof of identity doc can I carry to the DMP?

2) They already hv the PP, so do I need to send them medicals done receipt(coz there is nothin remaining to be sent)?

PS: VO is NDVO and I have not applied thru VFS Canada
