Got Medical Req. frm Buffalo in FSW

dear frnds..

medical form have been received under FSW from buffalo. Case was applied with AEO, candidate is already in Canada , presently working in NOC C Level category but have worked in NOC B Category in Canada for one year.

Along with medical form, Buffalo has asked to provide current statement of funds already in Canada or available to be transferred to Canada.
Why have Buffalo asked for Funds when case was file with AEO?

At first congratulation.

i see from your past posts that your case is not arranged employment offer (category 2) it is category (3) people who have been living legaly in canada for at least one year as an international students or foreign workers.

That is why they are asking you for a proof of funds.

just wanna let u know guys that i send application in one year canadian work exp (in NOC B) to Sydney on May 15, 2009
and they approved it on July 16, 2009. I am living in Canada and hve worked a full year as a sales supervisor.
i do not have AEO.

Now i m ready to send my PR application to Buffalo, US.

Actually am confused about your case, you stated in the following post that your application was in process in Buffalo visa office since October 2008 !!

FSW application is in process at Buffalo since Oct 2008. To date, only AOR has been received and no further communication is recevied.
Should i order CAIPS to know the process? Does ordering CAIPS offend visa officers?

You stated as well in the following post that you have sent your first application to Sydney nova scotia on May 15 2009 and got a positive reply on July 16 2009 !!

The letter from CIO starts with receiving date of my application which is may 15,2009. then its says that they have assessed my application as per ministrial inst. published on nov 28, 2008. then it says " Based on the information provided, your application is being recommended for further assessment by a visa office. You are therfore requested to submit fill application to the following visa office" which is buffalo, US in 120 days.

i opne the ecas status they only mention ny name and my mall adress

they didint but in process or design made
but before 2 weeks it was mention in process since 23jun09

but since 2 wekks nothing only my name and my addrss
any one recive smilir thing?
