Bro i understand what u r saying. im explainig u my case when i got admission in concordia uni they send me an admission offer letter in which all the detail about course etc are provided. I submitted that admission offer letter to CHC islamabad which was for intake Sep-12. I never know about letter of acceptance. Now the CHC ask me about updating letter of acceptance so that why i m a little bit confuse that either they want to defer my samester and ask me to submitt new admission offer letter?
I think these two are same things

As far as Concordia is concerened same thing , don't worry , email them tomorrow and also send the draft also, so as soon as they reply ur email and tell u the procedure ur draft will be in Concordia , it will expedite ur process...

last time when i was deffering i have made demand draft because cridet card is not acceptable for deffering.
Can anyone suggest me that i have a friend in canada if i send them the signed Defferal form Can he do this job for me by submitting the defferal fee.?????i think it is the fastest method

Just email Concordia for deferal and ask ur friend to pay for u in form of money order or demand draft, I never send signed deferral letter...

Thanks for giving guidline about updating letter of acceptance. Please read my case i am sharing my profile with u and give me an appropriate advice.
MY PROFILE
case submitted in CHC islamabad on 11jul;12.
offer of admission letter for intake sep-12.

i have got medical call on 10aug;12 i have no confusion about it. Now once i got Medical call is this is a possitive signal towards getting visa? . The canadian high commision also send a letter about updating letter of acceptance. The wording of the letter are blow please read it carefully.
" This is refer ur application for a study permit. In order to continue the processing of ur application please provide the following documents.
UPDATED LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE (lLOA).
The above information is required within 15 days of letter, At that time ur application will be reviewed and concluded on the basis of information on file." end application
What the CHC meant by the above letter? Either the CHC need to defer my samester from current samester Sep-12 to next samester Feb-13? If CHC want to defer samester then it will take more time because last time when i was deffering it took 1month.
In deferal process i have to make demand draft of $25 which take 3 to 4 days because cridet card are not acceptable. Then i have to send it through courier it will take 3 to 4 days. After these ten days The university will take action and then again and will make updated Letter of acceptance. After all this process i will be able to bring them through UPS courier or TNT courier it will also take 1 week. While the CHC need it within 15days. How it is possible please guide me and overcome my problem.

1. They have asked you for an Updated Letter of Acceptance, which in this case would be your LOA for Winter 2013. It's 13 August today, If you send an updated LOA for Fall 2012 (Instead of Winter 2013) even within 15 days then it would reach CHC-I by 28 August. After receiving your LOA, CHC-I will not directly start processing your application but they will wait for your medical report from MO at New Delhi, the MO will report his observation on your medical to CHC-I upon it's turn in queue. After receiving your report from MO and upon it's number in queue your file will be processed for final checks by VO and you will be issued visa, provided no more documents etc are needed.

In no case you would be able to get your visa before 4th September i.e. commencement of your course at your University. If you don't get visa before the start of your classes then CHC will again ask for an updated LOA and you have to repeat the process for Winter 2013's LOA.

So go directly and defer you admission to Winter 2013. Your chances are good now. You have gotten medical just meet the requirement and you are on your way to Canada.


2. Make the draft and send it to your University ASAP and request the updated LOA via email and send the print of the same to CHC-I via courier or you can email CHC-I as well. That's how you may send the LOA within the allotted time frame. However, in my personal opinion, if you delay by a day or two, it won't have sever impact.
