got the Lmo now agent told me wait for company confirmation for applying visa than put the file my company name is martins produce sales ltd from saskatoon can you check out that its truly hire worker from india or other country as visa process has been last one year now i m tyred so help me

Hi,

Have you received the LMO confirmation from the agent with your name on it or is it with your agent? Normally a Canadian employers would not wait for that long unless they have a perennial shortage of manpower, in that case you should be receiving your job offer letter shortly.

What is your job profile or the NOC code if you are aware of? Is this agent charging you any money for getting this job & the LMO?

my agent also told me same ..they got lmo but they need to contact employer for the new offer letters ..!!! i am also waiting since october 2011... !!!

and there are 1000's applicants from india like us waitng ...so just chill and be positive..!!S 8) 8)

If your LMO was issued in October 2011 it has already expired as the validity of a LMO is 6 months from the date of issue.

october 2011 was the month i got job offer ...then lmo applied in feb 2012... and 13th august i got letter from service canada ...only last week my agent told me that we now got lmo ...!!!

I am not sure if Service Canada ever sends any communication to the employees directly except a confirmed LMO and that too is send to the employer who in turn would give it to the prospective TFW along with job offer to apply for a WP.

If Service Canada just approved LMO in August, then you are good to go until the new year and that gives lots of time to get the work permit application submitted. LMO's can take many months to be approved, however, the paperwork does appear to have progressed very slowly. May be worth doing some investigation of your own. Are you being charged anything for this?

yes you are right,the letter was issued to my employer only. he just forward the same letter. it mention my name ,employer name,contact person & address.

also its written that we received your application on 1st feb 2012, and we are processing your application it will take around 12-16 weeks approx.
please do not re-apply again during time time frame.

hopefully all goes well till end of this year or the god has planned for me in the new year.

soon even you breath-in oxygen will be charged , so how you think in not charged.

i also have topic to share. my employer from canada sent me my unnamed LMO last sept 18,2012, and i'm now ready for my docs,already red ribboned..my question is, do i have to wait for my official LMO with my name on it or the unnamed LMO sent to me is ok to submit to canadian embassy manila? my employer already submitted the names of the unnamed employees to service canada...

thank you PMM... so i can now submit my docs to canadian embassy? i will just provide them the LMO confirmation number?
so this means, the copy of the unnamed LMO sent to me by my employer will be the one i'm going to inlude in the package docs to be sent to embasy?

hi, ask ko lang po what is the use of NOC code? do i have to put it in form IMM1295 specifically?
i'm done na kasi with my documents and already filled up the forms for TWP, kaso na pending kasi im confused if okay lang e submit ko kasama sa package yung unnamed LMO, meaning no need to wait for the official LMO with my name on it. but someone told me its ok as long as may confirmation number e lo-locate na nila yun, but im waiting for my employer's reply pa din naman if nakapag send na sya nang names nang foreign nationals,kasama na ako doon...
