Hello Experts!
I at last got ITA yesterday evening!
I am filling the form now, and there are two Statuary questions in the personal history section as follows:
"Have you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?"
and
"Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?"
I have been refused a study permit once for Canada. My question is that, will both the above questions have the same answer? Both of them will be 'Yes', right? Because in the first question it mentions temporary resident and study permit is one of the temporary resident visa. The second question mentions any visa, and study visa was refused.
Please guide!
Thanks!
