Hi eveyone,
I have a question I couldn't find an answer for. I live in Alberta as a student and got ITA under OINP and I am willing to move to Ontario once my PR application is approved. Is this okay to apply for PR with my address in Alberta and land once my application is approved or should I move to Ontario before applying to PR to apply to cic with a home address in Ontario?

Some people told me that I should apply from ON , so seniors please advise as it is costly and risky to leave everything here and move before my PR application is approved.

Appreciate your help ASAP as I have 85 days to submitt my PR application. Thanks a lot

If you don't move, you will be asked from cic for proof of intention that you will live in ontario and they will judge you on that.
If you move, well, they won't ask you.

Thanks for your reply. Much appreciated. I am really willing to move but I am a full time student and I have a part-time job which is risky to leave all of these and I don't know what the outcome of my PR application. What if my application is refused for any reason. Do you have any suggestion of thoughts about what I can do? Thanks so much
