Got ITA in CEC class though I am outside the three year duration requirement

Hi All,

I got my ITA on 5th April draw in CEC instead of FSW ( was eligible for both as per my application) but I was having Canadian experience from Feb 8th 2014 to Feb 13th 2015 and submitted my profile on March 6th 2017 (both falls outside 3 year duration { Feb 13th being last day in Canada and March 6th being the date that I entered in pool}). Any suggestions why this might have happened and pls suggest next steps ?? Should I consider declining the invitation ?
