Hello experts,
I would be grateful for your advice.
I have been working on closed work permit since 2019 (LMIA 2018) and I have offer of employment from my current employer which confirms that they offer me continuous full-time work in Canada having a duration of at least one year after the date on which a permanent resident visa is issued. I have not got new LMIA for this offer.
However for the question in EE profile:
Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada? I answered Yes
Does this mean that my LMIA(2018) was valid only for my current work permit and I should not mention it for the extended offer of employment in order to claim 50 points?
Сould you dispel my doubts if I have done a mistake? and I should have answered NO? I have got ITA and I stuck if I can correct the mistake?
Thank you.

I don't see what your concern is. If you have been working continuously for your employer based on the previous LMIA, then you can claim the 50 points with just the new offer letter. You don't need a new LMIA.

Hello primaprime,
Thank you for your reply.
You are absolutely right that there is no necessity in new LMIA. The problem is that when I was filling in the EE profile (before ITA) in section Work history---Intended work in Canada-- for the question --Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment(LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada? I chose Yes
I am not sure whether it is correct or not. If not, how can I solve the problem?
Would be grateful for any advice.
