Got Invitation from SINP Need Help!!!

Hi, I just got ITA for expression of interest i had applied for SINP

As i had a cousin from my mom's side living in SK from last 5 years, i had claimed points for Close relative at the time of the application

Now they want documents as proof

I have all the utility bills and other requirements they asked, the only thing i don't understand are these points

• birth certificates or passports showing the names of common family
  members;
• marriage certificates showing the names of common family members; or
• a government issued family registry.

As i said he is a cousin from my mother's side and have another Last name, what exactly i should get as a document for these requirements above, ( i dont mind getting passport or birth certificate copy from my cousin, but i am confused about the what exactly should i get that can be a proof of relation to my cousin!

Any help will be great!

So he is your first cousin? You provide PR/citizen documents. If you can provide, your mother’s birth certificate to show relation. Or marriage certificates.

Hello,don't know where you are applying from but I think you have to go to a census board to swear an affidavit for all the parties involved(it's called NPC ,National Population Commission in my home country)good luck
