Got even MR even after having upfront medical done, What to do?

I did upfront medicals in September 2014. I understand that the medical is valid for an year. I got MR request again for me and my wife. My wife has booked an appointment for her medical exam. Is there any action required from my side as well. Thank you very much for reading this post and replying.

You probably don't have to do anything. CIC contact is typically quite generic and therefore probably wasn't amended to be targeted solely at your spouse.

I would call the CIC to try and confirm.

Don't worry it is normal, contact CIC via email and let them know that you have already done your medical upfront in Sept 2014 and mention your UMI. Also attach the confirmation receipt if possible.
