I got an e-mail today bellow-
"Your application for Study Permit in Canada has been received and reviewed. Please submit the following outstanding item(s) within 30 days from the date of this email. Please note that all documents that are not in either English or French must be accompanied by a certified translation. If you do not comply with this request within thirty days from the date of this email, we will presume that you are no longer interested in pursuing your application and your file will be closed.

I answered "NO" because did not read full question on form 1294E , i read up to Canada and answered it. But I have a USA B1 visa rejection on 2015.it was an official tour from my company. What to do now?
