Got CLB 9 in IELTS ? Is it worth applying for CLB 10?

Guys, recently gave my IELTS and got the following score:
L- 9
R- 8.5
W- 7.5
S-7

So that's CLB 9

My query is I have missed CLB 10 by 0.5 in speaking and also, I had got L-8.5, R-8.5, W-6.5, S-7.5 in my last attempt ( first attempt).
Getting 7.5 in Speaking section is definitely possible.

CLB 10 gives me 3 extra CRS points over the CLB 9 score.

With CLB 9 I have CRS 455, with CLB 10 it will be CRS 458.

So my questions are:

1 Should I spend money on EOI. Is it worth the 3 extra points ?

2 The second question is a litlle hypothetical but this also comes to my mind.

if I don't get 3 3 extra points via EOI, should I take a step further and regive the IELTS ?
I am pretty confident that I will be able to get a CLB 10. Writing was my only issue, and I have practised a lot so I should be able to get it.
Also, in this case, if I get a lower score, can I still use my current score?

Go for re evaluation ..usually for speaking and writing section chances are score can increased atleast by 0.5

Thanks for the suggestion. Let me consider, people are suggesting different things.

Really depends on your target program. Since the rise is only 3 points, is your CRS in the range of your target immigration program?

In my case, I was pretty confident that my speaking score will increase by atleast 0.5(Now 7) and applied for EoR. My Last IELTS speaking score was 8.5 (had to retake due to expiry after 2 years).

Result came back unchanged. I don't think my speaking skills degraded so much in 2 years but what to do.

My advice: For 3 points, spending more money doesn't make sense when the results aren't assured. Take a decision based on what you are targeting - PNP or FSW draw.

But,
1 No idea when the FSW draws will open and no idea what will be the points
2 I will be 32 years old post December 2021 so I will lose 5 points-

My CRS score post december 2021 will be -

My CRS as of now with 7 in speaking will be 455
if I get a 3 point increase or 7.5 in speaking it will become 458

CRS is quite low for FSW even if you do reach CLB 10. Last year the lowest was 468 (dec).
Do you plan to look at PNP or are you concentrating only on FSW ?

Open to both PNP and FSW.

I don't think CRS dropped to 457 last year.
So, study options are completely different process.

What is your NOC as you should look at PNP programs.
