Yes. These are living expenses. You need to purchase GIC (Guaranted Investment Certificate).

Just an update. One of my friend got VISA(University category) from CHC DELHI . He applied on 18th July, 2013 and received the email today.

congrats buddy ... wsh you all the best ... I am stuck with my GIC ... have filled the form and ascanned it , have my signature on the 3rd page ... now, Do i need to sign every document individually ( 4 pages of form + passport copies + acceptance letter ) or just the passport copies ... plz help ... I have to mail the pdf today ....
