got approval letter but passport hasnt been dispatched yet?

i checked on the vfs website and its still saying my passport is with the singapore office under process but i just got my study permit approval letter, is that how it usually happens?

Hi ,
I don't think that there is nothing to worry about, as it says,it's under process.
Hopefully you will hear about the passport dispatch soon,wait for few more days.

his situation I guess is similar to yours,he did get his passport after few days, as he landed in Canada on the 27th of December and that post was made on 17th of December (saw his latest posts).
