Hi I am confused about my application. I got an email from cic.gc.ca asking for basic informations and had a letter which states that my pr application is approved. And has steps outlined which i need to do. But the tracker still shows background check is in progress. Is there any mistake or Im just thinking too much?
Got approval letter and email but tracker shows background check in progress and no details of COPR in the documents list.

Don’t rely on tracker. It has lag. Reply to that email asap with all information.
I already sent the Basic information asked on the email. Does it mean my application is approved?
