Got an offer for Co-op but I am on PGWP

Hi,
I received my work permit (PGWP) last week after waiting for 4 months. I graduated in September and was actively searching for a job in my field and send so many applications till now but, so far, no solid lead and I am bored and worried.
I happen to speak with an employer who was interested in my resume and told me he is interested in hiring me in for an unpaid Co-op position for 2 months (weekly avg. of 20+hours). I just happen to be laid off from one of my part-time position due to the Ontario lockdown, so I got plenty of time and I don't care even if it is unpaid, but I just wanna gain some experience and do something related to my field (digital marketing).

Does this accepting Co-op gonna cause me any problem as I understand Co-op is only possible during studies and I already graduated and moved on to my work permit? Is it okay to accept something like this, like he sent me an offer letter (the company is a legit startup and they did some fine works during the past few months) and there aren't any clauses or terms or conditions that are sketchy, everything pretty standard. So if it's okay, I would like to take this opportunity if it's not gonna bring me any problem but can provide me with an experience letter (I wonder what's that gonna be).

Thank you

It isn’t a co-op if you have graduated. It is an unpaid internship and doesn’t count for work experience but is ok to do.
