Got an interest letter for Ontario PNP Program. How to proceed further

Hello All,
i received an interest letter for Ontario PNP Program. I went through their website and found it a bit confusing. I have a few questions regarding proceeding further -
1) Do i need to have a valid job offer before applying? and do i need my employer's help in the same?
2) In case the nomination does not go through, is the 2000 CAD fee reversed
3) What is the processing time for the nomination
4) I am a Market researcher (NOC 4163), any others with similar job codes who have applied?
5) Lastly i have been reading up and realized that Canadian work ex is a must for getting any job in Canada. Those who have recently moved kindly share your experiences, how did you go about getting the Canadian experience in your job code? any tips would be helpful.

1. Did you get your response? Are you already in Canada considering the fact that you received the interest letter from Ontario in June?

2. Also, please provide the step-by-step instructions for applying to a state for provincial nomination.

3. Did you send them an email for interest or was your profile directly selected from the EE pool?

4. What was your CRS score when you got the interest from Ontario state?
