Got AINP nomination letter - Steps after that - help

i got my h1b based AINP nomination letter. in a letter they asked me to submit the complete application. they attached papers with the letter asking me to submit IMM0008 (generic, schedule1, schedule4), IMM5406(additional family info), fee and submit the doc.

Now in the nomination letter, they also asked me to check the instrucation at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-application.asp#visa_offices (for US its http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37048.pdf ).

my question is,

1- should i follow all instructions at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37048.pdf to submit my application.
2 - what is the single person fee for AINP in US dollars.
3 - do i need to get police certificate from my home country also or just US ?
4 - at this time, as i got the nomination letter, do i still required to be in h1b status ?

2 - what the alternate for birth certificate. i dont have/cannot get it.

1) You don't need to be in H1b status for applying to CIC.
2) A consulate or embassy of your country should be able to issue Birth Certificate.

Hi, i am waiting for my FBI report and will send the required nomination docs after that.

my question is that, after i submit the docs, what are the next steps left and the approximate deadlines.

my GC is in progress ...so i need to balance every step of the process. please help.
