Got a Refund from Immigration Canada

Hi,

I applied for my son's visitor visa on March 2024.

I got a refund of 100 cad on July 2024 by Immigration Canada.

I assume that it is his application fee as it was also 100 cad. But I just wonder why they gave a refund while the application is still processing and the decision is not made yet.

Someone please share your thoughts if you know anything regarding this.

Hi. I saw your other post about temporary job from agency. Did you apply your sowp with that job or you found another one. Did your sowp got approved. Please reply?

I applied with the same job, but unfortunately, SOWP extension was rejected. However, when we consulted a lawyer, he mentioned that the reason for rejection was actually invalid. He explained that some of his clients have had their SOWPs approved even with part-time jobs.

The agrncy job was not full time?

Yes it was full time job, We reapplied.

So you reqpplied with the same job or you got new job. What was the reason for rejection
