my application was rejected since I didn't provide duties and responsibilities in the employee reference letter. But I talked to my employer later after i submitted the application and they provided me new one with duties and responsbilities.

After 2 days i mailed the new letter, i got a shock saying that my app is rejected. But i kept following up saying that i sent the revised letter but i didnt receive any reply and gave up after 5 follow ups. But today i got an email saying that they have reopened the application since my letter was mailed before the decision was taken and satisfied with the new letter provided and they will send the medicals shortly. I am on cloud 9.

So guys, there is a chance the CIC can reopen your application if you mail any supporting documents before the decision. Just wanted to let everyone know about this.

And i'm quietly freakin' out that i have not provided enough supporting evidence to get me over the 3900 hours worked.
One of my three employers refused to provide me with a letter (i hate them!) and would only provide me with a record of employment - doesn't show hours only job title and pay over the period i was employed. I did not include individual payslips as i couldn't figure out what that would do and I also never had a formal contract with them. I thought it would be sufficient at the time but now i'm thinking it's not.
I calculated my remaining valid work hours and I'm at almost 3500. I think I should send in my payslips and another letter listing what i did or something. I'm really glad you posted this as i'd started waiting for it to be returned.
