Got a call from CEM re: HK Police Certificate

PR Application received Jan. 4, 2013
Started Processing Sept. 30, 2013
Medical Result been received..

I requested HK Police certificate last Nov 12, 2013 and the HK Police mailed the documents Dec 2, 2013. I got a call from the CEM Dec 24,2013 asking for the Clearance and i told them that I already requested and he advised to send them an email ASAP when I got a news about it. My husband was able to contact the HK Police and gave him the tracking number and I did the tracing in Makati Post Office. Document received last Dec 16,2013 by J. Pascual designated person to receive docs for CEM. I did sent an email not only once but 3 email and got no reply. Is there anybody had this kind of experience... hoping to get some advise because to fly to Manila....

Hello, did you send case specific e-mail? With your UCI of file number included?
No use going to Manila, they won't see you without an appointment.
If was received as per tracking, they should have received.CEM very rarely responds to e-mails.

Thanks for the reply, I did include the file every email I sent. I am just worried that I got no reply form them I already had my re assessment for medical last December and sent my passport last end of July as per requested... took ages for them to reply...
