I got 44(1) at point of entry into Canada for not meeting the 2 year stay requirement. What are my options and what are my chances to stay in Canada?

Suggest you post to the PR Residency Obligation section of the forum. You will need to go through the appeal process. Hopefully you have strong H&C reasons for failing to meet RO.

We can't tell you your chances.

Thank you for quick response.

I got 44(1) only two days ago when I entered Canada. There is not a removal order yet.
My brother became a citizen last year and owns a house here. I am staying at his house. My plan is to find a job locally. And until I find a job, continue to work remotely for my current employer.

To start working you would likely need a PR card which hasn't expired and also an active SIN. I guess at this point you have to wait while they review 44(1) and send a removal order. You can then prepare an appeal and go from there. One thing to note is that the days you spend while waiting for removal order or during appeal will unfortunately not count towards RO.
