I have completed 2 year post graduate diploma. I have applied for pgwp on may22nd. Mean while my employer asked me to submit work-permit. So I did flagpole in Vancouver. I got only two year pgwp.

Is their any way to extend my pgwp to 3years.

Thank you

you studied for 2 year program therefore received 2year PGWP.
PGWP is not extendable.
you need to apply for work permit before your PGWP is expired.

Maybe it's because your passport is only valid for another two years? They cannot issue a permit that goes beyond the validity of your passport.

if you are eligible to receive 3 year PGWP(for sure) you try to apply for renewal PGWP.
but not sure if you would get approved or not.

if you cannot renew PGWP, you have to apply for work permit.
you need to have LMIA from your work (it takes time and money) then you can apply for new work permit with your LMIA.
