Goods Accompanying

Hi,

I am currently completing the goods accompanying and goods to follow lists. In previous threads I have seen that in the case of jewellery you need to also attach a photo. Can someone please advise if this is necessary for jewellery that you are wearing when you land which will be listed on the goods accompanying spreadsheet i.e. wedding rings? From my understanding the purpose of the photo is to confirm what the jewellery looks like.

Also, on the B4 form it asks for the importers address. Do I have to provide this? We will be landing and then searching for a house to buy, therefore the address wont be known at the time of landing. Our goods will be held in storage until we purchase a house.
