yeah strike had great impact on applicants of sept 2013 intake
you can search threads like chandigarh applicants ......sept 2013 intake
just go through all the posts over there you will definately get an idea
just check the threads of sept 2013 intake....everybody has suffered in terms of processing time
e.g - a guy got decision after 100 days otherwise as of now normal processing time is 10-15 working days only
