Steps:

1.Arrange an appointment with DMP

2.Get yourself Medically Examined by DMP.

3.Photocopy the DMP Recipts, Visiting Card.

4 Wait for 3/4 days, so that DMP can forward your report to VO/IO, Do not send your PP & RPRF on same day of Medicals...

5. Make RPRF DD, Ensure it should be of exact amount neither less nor more than stipulated amount

6. Write a covering Letter mentioning your file no, name, address, passport details( Validity, Expiry), RPRF DD Details (DD no, Amount, Where payble, drawn on etc etc...), NAme of Doctor where u had undergone Medicals.


7. Arrange all your PAssports,( expired, Renewed, cancelled if any)

8 arrange a good quality envelope

9. arrange Documents under covering letter]

10 take the envelope unsealed to nearest reputed courier agency (Dont bother about money, ensure u send your papers through renowned couriers like Blue Dart, Overnite Express,,, Big Big No for Speed Posts or Registered Post)

11. Pay the fees, the courier co represenative will check the contents & seal them.


12. most important write correct address on envelope.

13. go to temple & pray that your visa arrive asap.

14 relax, after 45-60 days (maximum) u will get visa........ (but i got in 1 month, delay due to Xmas holidays)

Wow man lucky you. Thats great buddy. When did you email CHC ND. I am worried why are they not sending me the meds and PPR. Have you received the letter yet or not

i have got an email from embassy saying that they have posted the letter on feb 01/2010.
so i can expect the letter to my home in 7-10 days.

i have to more clearly look in to whether they are requesting passports also at a time.

but i think as of now i need to wait for letter as mentioned in email.

You will definitely Pradeep. They have also asked for passport that is what you mentioned is written in the email. Tell me did you sent them any email to which they have replied and if you did then when ?

as per the letter that i have recieved from embassy in november month they have told that i need to contact them if it crosses 3 months after docs submission. so 3 months will be completed by feb 2nd 2010 and i mailed them on feb 1st 2010 .i got email reply from them today morning so in just 2 days they have replied to my email enquiry .

this is what i mailed them

"""Request: Kindly Consider this as a followup as mentioned in the previous letter that i have recieved in the month of november from embassy. As per the letter if i have not recieved any communication from embassy with in 3 months from the date of documents recieved I need to contact embassy directly.3 months would be completed by Febraury 2nd 2010 as documents recieved date is november 2nd 2009.Kindly Consider this as a followup as mentioned in the letter from embassy. Earlier i have done enquiry about the status of my application along with my telephone number updation on dec 28th 2009 and got a reply from embassy on jan 5th 2010 saying "At this point there is no action required on your part. Thanks for quick post. You are almost through buddy. I am now in doubt regarding my case. I do not know what is going to happen since its been 2 months and 16 days status changed to In Process but no update yet. So I am worried now.

Congratulation.

I have gone through the same scenario, I got my medical request online in the reply of my query and then after 3-4 days medical request arrives. I advise you to wait for letter to come and then take appointment of doctor, as it is quite easy and fast step and you will need this medical request letter while you go for medical. In normal procedure you have send your passport after your medical. but it is fine if you sent passport on the same day after finishing your medical because medical will be sent directly from Doctor, That's what I have done. It might take around month time(Mine took around 18 day but for few ppl are still waiting after 2 months). I advise you to send a case specific query if do not receive reply in month.

i have been watching urs also since long time and even i was tensed a bit but got relived when i saw the email from embassy. But i am hoping you will do it dont worry god is there he will help us . Just wait and be patient or else email like me . did u cross 3 months since docs submission if so then you have to remind them.

I suggest you to do that if it crossed 3 months and if they have mentioned in the letter to contact them directly .

just waiting for letter to come to home from my side.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!keep in touch!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have seen in the forum thread that when after medical they recive email its written for PPS request or Medical..

But for me they have written "letter sent regarding your application today in the post to you"....

should i consider it positive or negative...they didnt mention anything else..Is that they dont want to tell about the negative outcome or what else it can be....I have done my medicals, Paid RFPR Fee and sent the docs Evidence of funds to them...

is anyone faced the same suitation.... It has coused so much tension.....Others in his forum have got the subject of letter mention in the email...Like letter sent out for medicals or PPr.etc...for me they have not said anything...
