I would like to share with you guys my story and if any one can advise me what the best to do, I have inland applic for PR under the family class my wife sponored me on april.2008, while my application in process i left canada for familly emergency situation and i came to jordan, iam on visitor visa and will expire on march.2010, I applied to comeback to canada in amman jordan and they refused my application to come back (I dont know why... ) because the visa officer in jordan cant give me a visa to come back because he belive that i will not come back............

Any advise what to do I will be apperciated alots.

If you can't go back to Canada, your inland application can not go forward since it's a requirement for inland that you are living in Canada. You will need to apply again outland through your country of nationality.
