As eveidence as trying to re-establish myself in Canada would having letter from family saying we will stay with them til we find somewhere ourselves? And explain in writing that we have saved enough money to put down on a house if we find one to buy right away.

I dont have a job offer letter or rental agreement or mortgage or educational letter.

Anyone get accepected without these above 4?

Hey galluch ,
when they have asked for re-establishing proof, we rent an appartment, opened a bank account, and my husband prepared paper and started a new compagny in windsor in his name, since he is self employee.
if you don't have a job offer, I guess you can show them proof that you are looking for a job by sending your CV to compagny or something like this. they say that some people as well provide letter from family and friends in canada, that they know you will return to canada and that they will support you and stuff like that.
do some research over this forum, the best expert are here, from whom I have learned a lot.
Good luck

All we provided for proof was a letter from my wife's parents stating that we would be staying with them when we moved to Canada, and also my wife had some email conversations with a couple of potential employers in Canada who she sent her resume to. That was enough for us to get approved.
