Dear,
I have to get the Good Conduct Certificate from Dubai Police but when I left Dubai, my resident visa was not cancelled because I think it would become invalid after 6 months outside UAE. However, it is said that I might have been put in blacklist by my former employer right after I left them and they must have reported me to Department of Immigration absconder and that means a Good Conduct Certificate will probably not issued to me.
I have emailed to my former employer to ask them send a No-Objection certificate to Department but they have not replied to me. Anyone has experience in this issue. I left Dubai 6 years ago and have never returned there since then.
