Good colleges for MY IELTS score in Ontario, Canada

Hi Friends,

I have a IELTS score of 6 overall and my individual scores are Listening-6, Reading-6.5, Writing-5.5 and Speaking-6. I'm looking for a PG Diploma course in Canada for 2 years. I have 4 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst. My preferred location is Toronto,Ontario. But, I got offer in Fanshawe college, which is in London, Ontario. I just want to know, that, Fanshawe is good college?

And If I'm taking the two years course in Fanshawe, will I be able to move to different college in Toronto without changing the course? If yes, Would I have to pay any fee for that?

Also, Can you please let me know the colleges which accepts my IELTS Score in Toronto.

Fanshawe is not very good college.. I also thinking the college, but I applied St.Clair college.

Every city has benefits as well as drawbacks .. Fanshawe college... is located in london, but there are not many jobs and the tuition is quite expensive as compared to other college.
